Orange County Historical Museum - live virtual tour Check out our local history museum’s current exhibit “Yesah, Journeys of the Occaneechi.” A guide will explain the significance of objects related to the Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Region, a lineal descendant of the Saponi and related Indians who occupied the Piedmont of North Carolina and Virginia in pre-contact times – and answer our questions in real time.
