A class from the Highlands! And who knew that a place boasting something as simple as barley could be so exquisite in the food department? With a hearty culinary posture, and its’ own spin on combining the bounty that their land has to offer, Scotland’s food creates a mouthwatering opportunity to experience robust food with which not as many are familiar. Take this unique journey through their cuisine with Chef Leslie, a prized chef and the Travelling Café’s very owner, as she introduces you –or reminds you — of Scotland’s delicious dishes. With everything from Oat Cakes to Prince Sauce you’ll see what people have been indulging upon over the Scottish centuries. Grab your hunny and come on out and join us! Tickets, yes, kilts, maybe not here…..
