Description
This semi-annual business leader summit is an important part of advancing and reporting on the initiatives of our Campaign for a Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro as well as an opportunity for you to meet with the executives of local employers to discuss critical community issues.
Our featured speaker will be Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools' Superintendent Nyah Hamlett. Dr. Hamlett will be prepared to talk about several hot topics including a recent decline in enrollment and the budget challenges that has created, school infrastructure including the 2024 school bonds and potential school consolidation, the role of public schools in workforce development, as well as other things on your mind.
