Instructor and Cook Daniela (Stanganelli) Gehman is still at it with her Travelling Through Italy series. With a record number of sold out classes, you’d better grab your seat for this one quickly! True-blue Italian, she herself is a place where knowledge and Italian experience intersects with amazing cooking skills. She has just the touch when it comes to feeling out food, and her cuisine is always bursting with flavor. This March, we will bring you nothing less than an incredible Sicilian menu to craft along her side!! You will be able to learn cooking techniques and flavor pairings, kitchen tips, and the cultural and cuisine nuances that will take your cooking skills up a level, maybe even two! Leave prepared to wine an dine others “la tua casa!!”

MENU

Arancini – Italian rice balls

Marinara sauce

Zuppa di pesce – made with mussels, clams, and shrimp

Traditional Sicilian Cannoli
