Come join us at BMC Brewery in Pittsboro, NC for an international pub food feast with beer pairings provided by Chef Leslie Chartier of The Traveling Cafe. Indulge in a delicious menu that includes flavors from all around the world!
Starting with the first course, enjoy the flavors of Russia with the Baltic Blinis with Smoked Salmon, paired with a crisp and refreshing beer. Next up is the Street Corn Salad with Fried Cactus Straws, inspired by the flavors of Mexico, which will be perfectly paired with a light and fruity beer.
Moving on to the Islands, savor the flavors of the Caribbean with the Conk Fritters, paired with a full-bodied beer that perfectly complements the flavors. Experience the unique taste of West African Peanut Soup with Chicken, which will be altered to accommodate those with peanut allergies, with the peanuts removed and almonds added instead. This will be paired with a bold and spicy beer.
The Italian Meatball with hand-rolled pasta and Vodka Sauce will be the main course, paired with a rich and malty beer that complements the flavors of the dish. Finally, finish off the meal with Chef’s Roulette Dessert Course, where Chef Leslie will surprise you with a unique and delicious dessert that perfectly complements the meal.
