Community Home Trust is celebrating 35 years of service and the milestone of 300 permanently affordable homes created in the Chapel Hill and Orange County communities! CHT Day Community Open House is June 18 from 9-11 a.m. at the CHT office, located at 105 Conner Dr., Ste. 1000.
This special event will highlight CHT’s ongoing commitment to expanding stable, affordable homeownership opportunities through the community land trust model. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with CHT staff, partners, homeowners and supporters while learning more about CHT’s impact and vision for the future.
