Integr8 is celebrating their 1 year anniversary as a femme and queer-owned small business! Meet Founder & CEO Claire Spear at The Chamber's office to join the celebration. The festivities will begin with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony followed by light refreshments!
About Integr8
Integr8 is a femme-owned, trauma-informed holistic coaching business. Their mission is to help people achieve sustainable personal integration through movement, self study, and spiritual practice. They believe that true 'personal development' necessarily includes development of our outer, inner, and spiritual Selves. This means that we cannot tend to the mind without including the body and spirit, and so Integr8 helps people weave together the physical and spiritual in every aspect of their life. Integr8's avenues of service include 1:1 integrated development coaching, virtual personal training programming, healthy workplace workshops for small businesses, and ongoing in-person group movement classes.
