Session #4 - Mission Growth Amid Constraints: Executive Strategy Labs
Every nonprofit leader is wrestling with difficult decisions about growth, capacity, staffing, and strategic focus. This highly interactive session moves beyond presentation to peer consultation, giving executives the opportunity to bring a real organizational challenge to the table and receive structured feedback from fellow nonprofit leaders and moss+ross facilitators. Participants will leave with fresh perspectives, practical ideas, and greater confidence in navigating the strategic decisions that matter most.
