CHYP | March 2021: Creating a Pathway to Personal and Professional Development with Asila Calhoun
Thursday, March 18, 2021 (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
Often, we are so focused on our work, being productive in the day-to-day, and meeting the goals and expectations set for us, we don’t take the time for our self-care or to set our own goals and develop ourselves based on our unique values and interests.
Pause and ask yourself the following questions:
What are you doing for your self-care?
What are you doing for your personal and professional development?
What programs do you attend that are just for you and your interests?
What are you doing to develop and invest in yourself personally and professionally?
Who can prioritize you better than YOU?
In this session we will discuss and share resources on self-care and personal and professional development. You’ll leave with tools you can use, clear actions, and valuable strategies for prioritizing your personal and professional development.
