What: All Business Briefing co-hosted by the Town of Carrboro and the Carrboro Business Alliance

When: Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 8:00am-10:00am

Where: In-person at the Carrboro Century Center

Why: This free event is open to all enterprises that serve the Carrboro community. The purpose is to connect local business owners and managers with timely information, resources, and one another; represent local business interests with key decision makers, and promote a more vibrant Carrboro community. 

How: 

  • 8:00am-8:30am: Coffee networking 
  • 8:30am-8:45am: Welcome and overview
  • 8:45am-9:15am: Segment 1 (Town updates on 203 Project, OWASA East Main Street Sewer Project, upcoming events, etc)
  • 9:15am-9:45am: Segment 2 (CBA updates on local business survey results, etc.)
  • 9:45-9:50am: Closing remarks
  • 9:50am-10:00am: Resource acquisition (i.e., access free and confidential small business counseling and low-interest loans and grant information and services from exhibitors)  

Exhibitors: Free and confidential business counseling services from the Small Business Technology Development Center and the Durham Tech Small Business Center, and loan and grant information from the Town of Carrboro.
