Leadership Chapel Hill-Carrboro is an annual cohort-based program where participants build their personal and professional networks as they turn knowledge into action Registration for the 2027 cohort opens in February 2027, with programming kicking off in May 2027. Session 6: The University and Health Care Systems – September 10th Participants will explore the role that our university and health care systems play in shaping the economic, social, and civic life of the Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro community. Through conversations with leaders and behind-the-scenes experiences, the cohort will gain insight into these institutions’ priorities, challenges, and impact. The session will also examine opportunities for stronger collaboration between these anchor institutions and the broader community.
