Join us for the grand opening of Himalayan Fried Chicken & Bar a new casual neighborhood spot with a focus on fried chicken and a full bar at 5:00pm on Monday, December 29! The restaurant is taking over the former Mel’s Commissary and Catering space and will continue to offer a commissary kitchen for local food trucks during the remodel and relaunch. 

Finger fried chicken, marinated in a Himalayan-inspired spice blend, and refreshments will be provided in this casual meet-and-greet.
