This monthly meeting is tailored specifically for top executives in our local nonprofit community. Our goals for this time together will include networking, problem solving, and briefings on issues of mutual interest.

Personnel policies play a pivotal role in the success of any nonprofit organization, influencing its culture, operations, and overall effectiveness. To assist our discussion, we encourage attendees to bring five copies of their organization's personnel policies to share with the group.
