  • The Residential Real Estate Market with Amanda Hoyle, Director Of Land Acquisition, Tri Pointe Homes (and former award-winning journalist for the Triangle Business Journal) 
  • The Commercial Real Estate Market with John Linderman, Managing Director, Avison Young
  • A Current Snapshot of Local Development Projects with Judy Johnson, Planner, Town of Chapel Hill 

9:20-9:55am: Segment 2 | Panel Discussion & Participant Engagement

  • Aaron Nelson, President and CEO, The Chamber, will moderate the panel with Hoyle and Linderman, who will be joined by:
  • Brett Bushnell, Broker/Owner/REALTOR, Tri Local Realty LLC, President of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS(RRAR), and Orange Chatham Association of Realtors 2016 REALTOR of the Year
  • Pam Hemminger, Chapel Hill Mayor and Owner, Windaco Properties LLC (a small commercial property firm)

9:55-10:00am: Closing Remarks and Adjourn
