🍓Join the Carrboro Farmers' Market (CFM) for Strawberry Jamboree on Saturday, May 2nd! That long-awaited and sweet time of year is finally here: strawberry season. From 7am to 12pm, shoppers can try strawberry samples, pick up strawberry recipes, get information about local strawberries and you-pick farms, enjoy live music, and bring home special-edition, live screen-printed Strawberry Jamboree posters from Peel Gallery and Super G Print Lab.

Visit our many strawberry growers this season, and stock up your freezer and pantry for the year. Many of our other vendors at Market will also be featuring strawberry-themed specials!

Strawberry Jamboree is supported by the CFM’s Big Beef Tomato Sponsor, Laser Image Printing & Marketing, and San Marzano Tomato Sponsor, Fifth Season Gardening. 

The CFM is open Saturdays year-round (7am-12pm April-October and 9am-12pm November-March) and Wednesdays seasonally (3-6pm April-November) at Carrboro Town Commons.

Plan ahead for parking at Strawberry Jamboree! A map with free public parking in downtown Carrboro is available online through the Town of Carrboro. We encourage able visitors to park & walk to market. The CFM also has ample bicycle parking, and is convenient to the CW, J, and F bus routes (all free through Chapel Hill Transit).
