Kipos Greek Taverna Ribbon Cutting Ceremony | Saturday, February 21, 4:30 PM
We invite you to join us for a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Kipos Greek Taverna, celebrating its official reopening and a meaningful new chapter in the Eastgate Crossing.
Hosted alongside fellow Chamber members, neighbors, and local partners, this event marks more than a reopening; it’s a moment of gratitude and resilience following the recent flood that impacted so many Eastgate businesses. Our team will be on hand to welcome guests and celebrate the continued support that made this return possible.
Rooted in the spirit of an authentic Greek taverna, Kipos has always been about community, neighbors, regulars, and first-time guests all gathering around the same table. We look forward to reopening our doors with the same warm hospitality and vibrant Greek flavors you know and love, now with a renewed spirit.
We will begin dinner service on Saturday, February 21. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chapel Hill–Carrboro Chamber of Commerce will take place at 4:30 PM, followed by the start of dinner service at 5:00 PM.
Dinner reservations are now live. Lunch and brunch hours will be announced following the reopening.
Join us as we cut the ribbon, reconnect with our community, and celebrate what’s ahead. We can’t wait to welcome you back.
