Research Triangle Park (RTP) is entering its next chapter. As workplace trends, talent expectations and regional growth continue to reshape how people live and work, RTP 3.0 provides a framework to ensure RTP remains a globally competitive center for innovation for decades to come.

Join the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina (Foundation) for a Lunch & Learn exploring RTP 3.0, the Park’s long-range vision and recently approved land use framework designed to support continued innovation, economic growth and investment. This session will provide a detailed discussion of RTP 3.0’s new development opportunities now available, including enhanced Corporate Campus, Residential Neighborhood Development and Mixed-Use Node pathways.

This session will also guide attendees through RTP 3.0’s approval processes for these new types of development.

Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how RTP 3.0 creates new options for landowners, companies and developers, while advancing a more connected and vibrant innovation community. Whether you are a developer, property owner, broker, investor or community stakeholder, this session offers an opportunity to hear directly from RTP leadership, ask questions and better understand how RTP 3.0 will shape the future of the nation’s largest research park.

Parking & Arrival: Parking is free. The Research Triangle Park Headquarters is located in the Lower Level of the 700 Building, with access from the road on the south side of the building. Upon arrival, look for the RTP HQ banners and the Research Triangle Park logo.
