In less than 90 minutes, you will get the succinct and snappy state of residential and commercial real estate in our region and community.  

Special guest Amanda Hoyle, Regional Director for Metrostudy (and former award-winning journalist for the Triangle Business Journal), will present on the performance of and her predictions for both commercial and residential real estate markets in the Triangle, specifically Orange and Chatham Counties.

Her presentation will be followed with reactions from local real estate leaders, who will help generate a lively discussion among the audience.

We will close the event with a timely conversation on a hot topic in real estate: the shared economy (think Airbnb).
