About Chapel Hill Young Professionals
The Chapel Hill Young Professionals (CHYP pronounced "chip") is a group of fun professionals under 40 that meets monthly for networking, professional development, and community service.
Events are monthly on the first Tuesday. Pop-up joint events and community service projects are added to the calendar regularly and members receive event notifications via newsletter.

MEET ALEX
I have been practicing real estate in the Triangle since early 2018 with a focus on areas in and around Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Durham. My practice areas include residential resale and new construction. As a former fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, I have always been in the business of making housing dreams become a reality. Amongst my other transactions in 2022, 11 were with first time home buyer clients in seven different Triangle area counties.
