Family Reading Partners is a community-based nonprofit helping families with young children build strong literacy skills from the start. Through home and community visits, their staff and volunteers provide free books and model fun, meaningful ways to read and talk with kids—sparking language development, strengthening family bonds, and setting children on a lifelong path to learning.
All proceeds from this event will help Family Reading Partners continue their vital mission: strengthening families and transforming futures—one book, one story, one child at a time.
Each year, participants in the Chamber’s Leadership program plan and execute a “Small Miracle” project benefiting local nonprofits. The 2025 class selected Family Reading Partners as their focus, applying the leadership tools and community insight gained through the program to make a meaningful local impact.
