Real Estate Experts is a residential real estate company focused on serving our buyer and seller clients in the Chapel Hill and Durham metro area.  With a combined experience of over 50 years, we are proud to provide unbridled customer service.  Our company tag line is, It’s All About You, and we mean it!  We are grateful for well over 115 5-star Google Reviews.  We work incredibly hard to listen to our clients’ needs and wants and deliver on those results.  We are not only Realtors, but we are also real estate consultants who our clients turn to over and over again for any real estate related question.  And, together with our partner company, Circular Design Consultants, we have developed Array, North Carolina’s first 100% net-zero energy neighborhood located in Orange County.  Real Estate Experts is committed to improving our housing stock and to seeing the residential real estate sector do its part to reduce our carbon footprint.

Jodi Bakst is the owner of Real Estate Experts.  She has been working in the industry since 1997.  She  works primarily in Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties.  While representing sellers and buyers, Jodi has also had a property management company and through another one of her companies, Circular Design Construction, she developed Array, North Carolina’s first 100% net-zero energy neighborhood.
