We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments that feature stainless steel appliances, sunrooms, porches, and spacious floorplans! Our quiet, tree-lined community also features outdoor balconies, and a private tennis court to get the most out of the outdoors. When it’s warm, take a dip in our sparking pool or lounge in the sunshine. We allow cats and dogs, with breed restrictions but no weight restrictions, and have a dog park in the heart of the community, where you can get to know your neighbors with your four-legged friend. Working out is a breeze when it’s located just steps away from your front door in our 24 hour fitness center. Need a quiet place to get some work done? Check out our cozy business center, with computers and free printing. Our beautifully maintained community is just minutes from UNC, i.e. entertainment, interstates, shopping, dining, etc. We're close to it all, but in a serene, peaceful setting.
