In 2020, amidst a world full of uncertainty, Intrepid Build emerged—not just as a construction company but as a testament to the power of resilience and the drive to make a meaningful impact. In the same month Intrepid started, the world shut down from Covid and Intrepid's CEO underwent an emergency brain surgery.
Our CEO’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. After battling multiple cancers for nearly 15 years and confronting death more times than anyone should, she emerged with unparalleled strength, determination, and a vision to create something that would transcend her struggles. Through it all, her husband stood steadfastly by her side, offering unwavering support during the toughest medical battles and he continues to inspire her every step of the way through the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Together, they founded Intrepid Build, driven by a shared mission to address a critical need in the construction industry: restoring value, respect, and humanity to the trades. With her resilience and his expertise as a seasoned builder, they set out to create a company that uplifts the skilled professionals who form the foundation of every project.
Tradespeople are the backbone of construction, yet too often, they are devalued and overlooked. After years of witnessing this firsthand, our founders knew it was time for change. They believed in building a company that not only delivers excellence but also treats its workers with the dignity and humanity they deserve.
Every project we take on is a reflection of that vision. Behind the steel and drywall, the masonry and paint, project management and administration are people—skilled professionals whose work shapes the spaces where we live, work, and dream.
