Governors Club is the Triangle’s only gated mountain community and private club. Membership is not restricted to living inside the gated community. As a member-owned club, members select the membership category of interest based on the privileges desired. A grand Clubhouse is host to more than 400 events and activities each year. Weddings and Special Events may also be hosted at the Club. Members can enjoy 27-holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf, 6 golf practice facilities, a Wellness Center with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and group classes, an Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool and Splash Pool with summer grill, 8 Tennis Courts, Playground, Casual, Formal and Outdoor Dining and attend hundreds of events year-round. Premier facilities and programs are complemented by breathtaking views from Edwards Mountain, while being located minutes from downtown Chapel Hill.
