Bob is an adjunct lecturer of nonprofit law at University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and is a co-author of the North Carolina chapters of the ABA Sales and Use Tax Deskbook, as well as the ABA Property Tax Deskbook. He was recently recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America in Non-Profit/Charities Law and Tax Law. Bob serves as vice chair of the Carrboro Economic Sustainability Commission and is an active member of the United Church of Christ in Chapel Hill. Brooks Pierce partner Arthur Bolick focuses on construction law and commercial litigation, and represents owners, developers, design professionals, construction managers and general contractors in all phases of a construction project. Arthur currently serves as secretary of the Construction Professionals Network Institute. He was recognized among The Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law (2012-2014), and has been recognized as a member of North Carolina's ''Legal Elite'' for Construction Law by Business North Carolina magazine. Arthur is an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chapel Hill, and serves on the Mutual Ministry Committee and as a lay assisting minister.
