After decades of managing teams and teaching students, we realized how critical human-centered design is for organizational success, and how few affordable, tangible solutions exist. In a landscape overwhelmed with thought pieces with no practicality and expensive training modules with no personality, we seek to provide a new type of management consulting - one in which the whole team gets involved to build real success together. We offer accessible, customized, easy-to-implement solutions that use culture-driven strategies and enable organizations to recruit, engage, and retain committed employees.
Founded in November 2022, Aurora Leadership Partners is the organization we often wished we had. We’ve taken the tools and strategies we created for our own teams and expanded them to serve leaders in any industry.
