The Downsizers is seeking a compassionate, effective, and detail-oriented sales professional to represent our team, business, and service offering through customer introduction, acquisition and onboarding via a consultative sales process.
This position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, while effectively estimating projects and providing scope of work proposals for service delivery team and customers.

Prepare for and complete consults (typically 5-8 per week) for potential clients and projects.
Follow up with clients post-consult with Estimate and additional details
Work cohesively with Office Manager to onboard clients, schedule projects and effectively communicate with team based upon information gathered at a consult.
Initiate, prepare for, and represent The Downsizers at marketing/sales events such as tradeshows, exhibits, community and networking events.
Develop and expand relationships with new senior communities, resource partners and referral partners.
Follow through with pre-sales tasks (incoming calls at office, restocking of marketing materials at various locations, etc).
Maintain CRM tool with accurate and current information for team.
Continue to analyze and improve the workflow/process for the "hand-off" between sales, operations, and service delivery.
Develop post-move feedback process and check-in with clients.
Participate as a member of the leadership team.
Participate in all team meetings, weekly meetings, and team events.
Provide updates in team meetings on sales activity/progress.
Work with the owner to create and revise marketing materials and provide content for social media, vlog, and web presence.
Supply marketing materials to referral partners and communities.
Will be required to work all phases of projects in first 120 days.
Responsible for Customer/Partner Appreciation including events, mailings, and client communication.
Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) on sales process and "hand-off" to operations.
