Your Role:
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our team, handling a variety of important responsibilities:
- 📋 Patient Advocate: Educate, consult, and present treatment plans to patients.
- 📅 Appointment Wizard: Schedule and confirm patient appointments with precision.
- 💳 Insurance Guru: Verify insurance details for all clinical appointments.
- 🖥️ Data Expert: Enter and manage patient information accurately in our dental software.
- 💵 Financial Steward: Collect payments for services rendered and handle patient accounts.
- 🗓️ Schedule Manager: Develop and maintain doctor and hygiene schedules as needed.
- 📈 Growth Support: Assist with marketing and promotional activities to boost new patient growth.
- 👋 Warm Welcomer: Greet and check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth experience before and after treatment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of dental software is a strong plus!
