Job Description

Our top-notch Analytics team is the key to overwhelming client satisfaction and is at the heart of what sets Quinsite ahead of

its competitors. We are actively looking to grow our team with individuals who are self-motivated and excited to join an

innovative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role is equipped with a depth of expertise in data analytics

and business informatics. A successful candidate will embrace guidance from leadership, manage multiple projects and

initiatives, show initiative with innovative solutions, exhibit a strong collaborative spirit, and be eager to quickly build

productive relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

● Contribute to and execute weekly sprint plans as directed

● Design innovative analytics solutions as requested by internal and external customers

● Effectively communicate product updates and issues with team

● Exhibit flexibility for urgent requests and ongoing reprioritization

● Demonstrate proficiency with technical tools and applications

● Quickly adapt to new and/or updated tools and processes

● Mentor junior team members when appropriate

Requirements

● 3+ years experience in data analysis or related field, healthcare industry strongly preferred

● 2+ years experience with Relational Database Management System (MS SQL Server, etc)

○ Includes creating tables, views, and stored procedures

● 2+ years experience developing content in Tableau Desktop (ideally sharing via Tableau Server)

● Affinity for interacting with and exploring data

● Strong communication skills, comfortable asking for guidance and clarification as needed

● Ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent, competing priorities

● Subject matter expertise to effectively train team members and end-users

● Ability to work independently and remotely
