From Chapel Hill’s ongoing Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) rewrite, to Carrboro’s upcoming Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) update, to Orange County’s broader land use planning efforts—policy changes are in motion and their successful adoption is essential to meet our region’s housing needs
